If there is a delay in sourcing or shipping your tires, you will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a significant delay, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment.

Returns Policy
To request a return, customers must first contact us using the Contact Us form on our website to receive return instructions and approval.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- Tires must not have been mounted, installed or used.
- Tires must be returned in their original condition.
- Tires must be free of damage, markings or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within seven business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. The time required for the funds to appear on your credit card may vary depending on your financial institution and Stripe's processing times.
